Deer Crest
The gated community of Deer Crest is located on the eastern side of Deer Valley® Resort looking down upon the Jordanelle Reservoir and out to the Uinta mountains. Deer Crest properties boast some of the most spectacular views and incredible ski run accessibility in the entire area. There are a wide variety of properties available from the 146 single family home sites to various condos and townhomes including the prestigious St. Regis Resort that is currently under construction. With over 60% open space there are miles and miles of hiking, mountain bike, snowshoe trails, and private ski runs through out this community. At the base of the Jordanelle Gondola is the Jordanelle Reservoir; which will soon be home to a possible Deer Valley Resort expansion.
