Rich, Jr. started the Rich Real Estate Group in 2003 and has been successfully selling the resort lifestyle in Deer Valley and Park City UT ever since. Rich specializes in 2nd home and investment properties. Rich's real estate career began with a Utah developer then quickly transitioned into the Park City and Deer Valley luxury market. Rich uses his technological expertise to help his clients become educated on current market conditions to effectively buy and sell exceptional properties with ease. Rich is an active local property investor; his personal investments give him first hand insight and personal experience with properties that perform well in the strong Park City and Deer Valley markets.
Rich began skiing at the age of 3 years old and grew up as a competitive freestyle skier developing a love for the mountains at a young age. He traveled extensively growing up in an Air Force family living in Europe for 8 years as well as in various areas of the continental US, mainly in the mountain west. After graduating with a B.S in Information Technology Rich moved back to the mountains of Park City in 2002 to pursue the resort lifestyle.
When he is not busy providing exceptional service to his clients, which is often, he spends his free time enjoying a variety of hobbies. Rich loves to downhill ski (still loves the bumps, jumps and trees), mountain bike, golf, hike, camp, explore the backcountry via 4x4, wakeboard, and spend time with his beautiful wife of 9 years, new baby boy and 2 crazy siberian huskies.
