Upper Deer Valley, also known as Silverlake, is a well established area of the resort. This area is the location of the world renowned Stein Eriksen Lodge as well as some of the most exceptional restaurants & shops. Upper Deer Valley consists of condominiums, town-homes, home-sites, single-family homes and some incredible estates located within the gates of the exclusive Bald Eagle neighborhood. Many of these exquisite properties also enjoy direct ski run access. There are also some unique fractional opportunities currently available through our brokerage. Not only is this area is rich with convenience, amenities, shopping and dining but is also the mid-mountain stop for Deer Valley's summer operations.
