Red Ledges Golf Grand Opening July 4th

July 4th weekend 2009. Red Ledges has announced the much anticipated Grand Opening of their Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Join Jack Nicklaus and walk the course with him to hear about the design process and get tips on how to play this magnificent new course. This fun filled weekend will also offer wagon rides with the Red Ledges Clydesdale Horses as well as the first member mixer golf tournament.

The course will hopefully be unofficially ready for play in a few weeks. Call us for a private tour of the course and a round of golf with us.

Portico - Two Units Sold Recently

SOLD! We have recently sold / put under contract both of our Portico Townhome listings. Portico #11 sold about 2 months ago and we are scheduled to close on Portico #4 TODAY. Our team was able to get our clients the best possible price in a very difficult market for sellers. Both of these properties were listed in a very competitive price bracket with many competing units. Golf season off to a great start

The golf season at Park City area courses is off to a great start. The wet spring weather has really helped to green up the courses and provide some excellent conditions. The cool mornings and evenings and few early season crowds make this the perfect time to play.

The weather has been great and all golf courses are open and in great shape. The Mountain Course at Wasatch Mountain State Park has been in impeccable condition with the greens in the best shape I have seen them. Soldier Hollow recently punched and sanded the greens so you may want to give them another week or so to heal.

Red Ledges is scheduled to open the new Jack Nicklaus Signature course in mid-June. I have toured this amazing course and am very excited. This is undoubtedly going to be…

The summer activities & events season in Park City and Deer Valley is near. Deer Valley is scheduled to open for summer operations on June 19th offering lift served hiking & mountain biking. The community concert series will begin on June 24th at Deer Valley. Don't miss this FREE concert series that takes place every Wednesday at the resort. The Park City real estate market seems to be regaining some steam slowly. Things are still slow but we have seen pending sales in the past months increase. December's #'s were dismal with only 12 pending sales. The below statistics are a prime example of how the volume seems to be increasing monthly. I think these positive changes will continue slowly and really begin to pick up as we approach the next ski season.
