Portico - Two Units Sold Recently

Portico #11 sold about 2 months ago and we are scheduled to close on Portico #4 TODAY. Our team was able to get our clients the best possible price in a very difficult market for sellers. Both of these properties were listed in a very competitive price bracket with many competing units. We are proud to say that our market observations were key in allowing us to interpret the data to give our clients that edge that produced the results the hired us for.
