Up-Tick in Park City Market Activity?

The Park City real estate market seems to be regaining some steam slowly. Things are still slow but we have seen pending sales in the past months increase. December's #'s were dismal with only 12 pending sales. The below statistics are a prime example of how the volume seems to be increasing monthly. I think these positive changes will continue slowly and really begin to pick up as we approach the next ski season.
