Promontory Ranch Club
Promontory is a gated golf community on the outskirts of Park City. The neighborhood is home to some very high end beautiful homes. They have 2 golf courses currently in operation; the Pete Dye Canyon Course & the Jack Nicklaus Course. They are ultimately planning on having up to 5 golf courses in this community. Promontory also has many amenities designed to cater to winter sports during the winter months.
Red Ledges
Red Ledges is a mountain golf community designed to help you fully enjoy each of the four seasons. This community is rich with amenities including a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course featuring a Jim McLean Golf Academy. Other amenities include tennis, pool, spa, equestrian center and family programs. The golf course is tentatively scheduled to open this June! They are also planning to open a state of the art indoor clay tennis court complex with a Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy on site.
Glenwild
Glenwild consists of less than 200 homesites on 950 pristine acres. This scenic and peaceful community features a Tom Fazio designed championship course and a stunning 37,000 square foot clubhouse and spa. One of very few gated communities located within Park City's outstanding school district.
Victory Ranch
The Victory Ranch Club is a private mountain community along the banks of the Provo River. The Rees Jones golf course will be one of the most scenic courses in the area and is slated to open later this summer (2009). This sprawling 5,600 acre community takes full advantage of the five private miles of blue-ribbon fly fishing. Other amenities include equestrian facilities, tennis, swimming, fly shop, guides, river cabin, fitness & spa facilities.
Hideout Canyon
Hideout Canyon is a master planned community located on the eastern side of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Properties in this scenic community provide residents with panoramic views of Deer Valley Resort from across the Jordanelle. The "Outlaw" golf course was designed by William Howard Neff and should be nearing completion soon.
